Overall:

Greencough is a serious illness known for its ability to evolve into more deadly infections such as Blackcough. Symptoms can include the eyes becoming red and swollen, Sneezing, Coughing (usually dry but potentially wet in severe cases), Congestion, Fever, and/or loss of appetite.
Notes:

This ailment is highly contagious via contact with the sick cat.
This ailment is potentially fatal to the young and old.

Mild Cases
Details:
Duration: 3-5 days following treatment, if caught very early
Treatment:
  • Ensure the cat drinks plenty, and that at least nourishing and easy to digest things such as low-fat meat or prey-blood are consumed to keep up the strength and condition of the patient.
  • If the eyes run due to irritation they should be flushed clean with fresh water or willow water. A Medicine Cat should never lick the ick away or permit another cat do so due to high risk of infection through contact with the substance.
  • Sneezing, Coughing and/or Congestion should be treated with herbs as appropriate.
  • Fevers and any related chills should be tended appropriately.
  • All treatments should be continued while symptoms last.

Weakness and Poor condition for approximately a quarter moon.

Moderate Cases
