Pain is an unpleasant sensory stimulus that indicates discomfort or a sense of physical danger or the possibility of harm.


In most cases treatment for pain should accompany those complaints that cause it. When appropriate the patient should be dosed with herbs to alleviate pain to prevent it from becoming a handicap.
