Question #2 : Role Play Situation

Question:

Reply to the following RP Post In Character.

The young apprentice Ratpaw shrunk back, fur sucked tight to her body in fear as she cowered in front of her mentor, eyes wide with fear as she almost disappeared in the massive tom’s shadow.

”The Clan comes first!” Goldstripe hissed lowly, his already massive cream tabby pelt raised in anger. ”The elders saw you take the last bird, before they’d been fed. Have you no respect for those who devoted their lives to ensuring you had a place to live, to hunt, to be born?!” the apprentice’s mentor, an older warrior, growled, fangs bared menacingly. The apprentice, promoted just a moon ago, seemed on the verge of fainting, her whole body trembling.

Response:

Fawnstar’s ears perked as she overheard the mentor with his new apprentice and she hurried over to where Goldstripe and Ratpaw were. The older cat’s body spoke of menace and rage while the younger cat’s cowering body indicated confusion and terror.
Goldstripe!” Her copper eyes flashed in warning as her mew started off sharp, breaking through the tom’s anger and she was satisfied when the warrior came back to himself. Flicking her tail to the apprentice to stay put, she led Goldstripe several paces away out of the apprentice’s earshot to speak with him. When she spoke again, her tone smoothed to become more controlled. “You do not snarl at apprentices like that. With new apprentices, you must show patience. It is your duty as a mentor to teach this new apprentice the Warrior Code and other rules of the clan. If they don’t follow what they need to, make sure they understand the mistake they made and explain what they need to do to correct their behaviors. No matter how bad of a mistake, never punish them from an angry mind. Step away if you must, speak to another mentor or find me, but never take your anger out on your apprentice.
Yes, Fawnstar. Goldstripe’s response was almost a growl but he appeared to be slowly calming his temper.
Why don’t you take another cat or two and go see if you can catch anything for the freshkill pile. When you return, get with Ratpaw again and go from there.” She watched at the tom nodded and stalked away. Hopefully, Goldstar would take her suggestion and as he hunted, think about what he wanted to say and how he wanted to correct the situation.
Now that the angry warrior had been dealt with, she made her way back to the apprentice, who immediately started apologizing. Fawnstar brushed her tail over Ratpaw’s mouth until the youngster fell silent. “Goldstripe was correct. No matter how hungry you might be, the elders are to be fed first. So on that not, I want to to see to them right now. If needed, change their bedding and tend to whatever ticks they might have. Once that is done, if Goldstripe hasn’t come for you, return to your den until he does. Make sure you listen and do what he tells you to do.
Question #3 : Role Play Situation

Question:

Write an in character post in for the following situation as the character you are applying with.

Your character is out on a lone hunt and spots an intruder. The cat isn’t of any of the clans, and is not one that [CHARACTER] has seen before. Even the cat’s scent is foreign with lean muscles rippling beneath a ragged and scarred pelt. He dosen’t appear to be either hostile or stealing prey, simply exploring.

Response:

Fawnstar scented the strange cat before she saw them and with a flick of her tail, signaled her warriors to flank her as copper eyes narrowed. Quickening the pace of her patrol, she intercepted the stranger, her multicolored pelt bristling as she growled a warning. “What are you doing on Windclan territory?!
After listening to the unknown cat, Fawnstar decided the cat was no longer a threat and nodded. “Very well. I believe that you were only exploring unknown territory. However, this is my clan’s land and it is occupied, so forgive me, but I cannot have a strange cat wandering around. I will have my two warriors escort you back to where you came from. If my patrols see you on our lands again, they will chase you from here and they will use tooth and claw to do so.
