Featherfur

Featherfur is a diluted calico, mainly gray with patches of pale orange and medium white spotting around her lower body, stretching up to her muzzle. Her muzzle, ears, and back fur are sprinkled with white fur to show her age. Her fur is long and often cleaned by her daughter, since Featherfur tends to forget. She has tired yellow eyes.

Featherfur was once a headstrong, bossy, and clever warrior, soon becoming a caring queen to her only kit, Doveflight. Now, as an elder, she tends to forget where she is, she can be a bit panicked at times but mainly lays in her nest to rest until someone asks her for a story.

Featherfur was once a warrior, being skilled in fighting until she met Adderfang, a daring, yet clumsy tom in Windclan. Despite having been warriors at the same time, she never noticed him until he shielded her in battle.

Featherfur stayed by his side, both believing that kits wouldn’t be possible after some attempts. Addedfang and her would treat the clan as their own kits until they had Doveflight.

Being an older warrior, kitting was difficult for Featherfur but all that worry and pain melted the moment she nuzzled her new kit with Adderfang by her side.

Adderfang was found dead in his nest in the elders den, much to Featherfur’s dismay. She mourned his death as she raised their kit, hoping he would be in Starclan to guide them.

As her kit grew, so did Featherfur.

She is now a forgetful, old, senile elder who remembers her past as if it was yesterday but forgets recent events.

Featherfur is often in her own mind, so don’t be afraid to say she ignored you or doesn’t seem ‘there’ today! Feel free to say she told you stories.
