Featherfur

A longhaired, silver blue and white classic tabby she-cat with green eyes

Featherfur was a long-furred classic tabby cat, named for the way her fur seemed to poof and float with a strong breeze. Her silver pelt boasted dark blue stripes and blotches across her back, side, and face, creating a high-contrast pattern. Her thick underbelly fur, which tended to tangle and mat, much to her annoyance, was entirely white, along with her paws and tip of her tail. Her gray-green eyes were inset in a delicate facial structure, framed with long, wispy fur.

A quiet, but gentle and loving, cat who preferred keeping to herself.

As a kit, Featherfur was rambunctious and easily frightened, though that mellowed out as she aged. In her warriorhood, she kept a more demure attitude, not being one to make loud proclamations or start fights. She managed to keep herself out of much danger, though she respected others who had more bravery than she. She decided to have a litter of kits partly to contribute more to her clan, and partly due to her own fondness for them. Hoping that they would turn out less awkward than herself, she chose Brambleleap to be their sire.

Featherfur retired peacefully to the elders den as she began slowing down, and died in the Moon of Turning Leaves (2019) from old age.
